Nila ("we", "us", "our") operates the Pitch app and is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over that information.

Information we collect

• Email address and password — used to create your account and sign you in.
• Display name — shown to other players in game lists.
• Device push token — used to send you game notifications (optional, only collected if you grant permission).

How we use your information

• To let you sign in and use the app.
• To display your name to other players in games you join.
• To send you push notifications about games you are registered in.
• Organisers who run your games can see your contact details to coordinate logistics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

What other users can see

Other players can see your display name in game player lists. Your email address and phone number (if provided) are not visible to other players — only to organisers of games you join.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is stored for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days of your request.

Third-party services

• Supabase — database and authentication provider. Data is stored in Australia.
• Expo — push-notification delivery service.

Children's privacy

Pitch is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
