Acceptance

By creating an account and using the Pitch app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Pitch does

Pitch is a product of Nila. It is a platform that lets people organise and join recreational sports games. We provide the tools — organisers and players are responsible for the activities they arrange.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Pitch.
• Player accounts are created in the app. Organiser accounts are created on the Pitch website and come with tools to create and manage games.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
• Abuse the waitlist or registration system.
• Submit content (such as names or game titles) that is offensive, abusive, or objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. To report a user or content, email us at [email protected].

Disclaimer of warranties

The Pitch app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from activities organised through the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nila and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
